Some note that the Star of David is a complicated interlocking figure which has not six (hexogram) but rather 12 (dodecogram) sides. One can consider it as composed of two overlapping triangles or as composed of six smaller triangles emerging from a central hexogram. Like the Jewish people, the star has 12 sides, representing the 12 tribes of Israel.

Some say that one triangle represents the ruling tribe of Judah and the other the former ruling tribe of Benjamin. It is also seen as a dalet and yud, the two letters assigned to Judah. There are 12 Vav, or “men,” representing the 12 tribes or patriarchs of Israel.

H&M pulls shirt with skull inside Star of David after complaints
Shoppers said the top – which appears to show a human skull inside a Star of David – was offensive and could be interpreted as anti-Semitic. H&M was quick to pull the piece and apologize.
Fashion brand H&M yanked a controversial tank top that showed a human skull inside a Star of David, apologizing to infuriated customers.
Shopper Eylon Aslan-Levy of the U.K. brought attention to the shirt when he posted a snapshot on Twitter on Sunday, later calling it an “obviously unfortunate mistake.”
It’s not clear what the shirt means – if anything – but altering religious symbols is still dangerous territory.

Correct and Incorrect Symbols, Colors, and Directions of the Four Elements
After browsing the Four Elements images on Google, one finds that, in the vast majority of cases, the colors, symbols, and directions shown on various images and other forms of symbolic charts, are absolutely incorrect. A Long, Long Time Ago in a Judeo/Christian Bible Far, Far Away, the Star of David Meant ‘As Above, So Below’
Well, it appears these early years of 21st century spiritual ignorance and darkness seem to be upon us indefinitely, so let’s have a quick pop quiz review of some simple Judeo/Christian Star of David Arithmetic. Here are the main equations:
As Above + So Below = THE
Mountain Top + Valley Bottom = JUDEO/CHRISTIAN
Up High in Heaven + Down Low on Earth = STAR
Top of the Sky + Bottom of the Sea = OF
Heavenly Heights + Depths of the Earth = DAVID
Skeptical religious scholars may still quibble about the ‘As Above, so Below’ metaphor’s ultimate origins (Adam/Eve/Cain/Abel) and whether it was ever in use among the ancient Hebrew Patriarchs, long before written history ever began. Nevertheless, the fact remains that no one will ever know for sure although the Bible seems proof enough there was on-going symbolic understanding about the Star of David among the Israelite Prophets who followed in Moses‘ footsteps.
